May 9, 2026 at 12:47 pmThis yoga studio is my sanctuary. Dani has created a sacred space and yogi community. The classes are not just about the poses. Dani invites a connection of mind, body and spirit. In fact, all of the instructors focus on this integration in different ways: flows, breath work, meditation, reiki, readings, teachings, and more.
Helpful ReviewYoga can be a work out and it can be healing. It can be gentle and intense. It can be surprising and familiar. It is always an exploration of curiosity. I’ve found all of these truths at Yoga Yoga.
I’ve done all of the yoga classes, including the tai chi class and love them all. There are also workshops, sound baths (AMAZING!), and offerings like teacher trainings and reiki trainings. I actually received my level 2 reiki training here.
I cannot recommend Yoga Yoga enough! Whether you are working on mobility and need gentle classes or want to try something new with a yoga wall class or simply want to explore all the different ways you can use yoga to move your body….to strengthen your body….to heal your body…to regulate your nervous system…to find the sanctuary within—this is the place to do it.

May 9, 2026 at 12:47 pmI have been going to Yoga Yoga for over 40 years. In those year there have been many owners. All have been very professional and supportive of their clients. The instructors have been very knowledgeable and caring. The studio itself is a very calming and peaceful place to practice one’s yoga journey.

May 9, 2026 at 12:47 pmYoga Yoga is a wonderful place to not only strengthen your body, but to quiet your mind and nourish your soul. Dani has clearly poured her beautiful heart and soul into this little shala to create a space that fosters wellness and community. She, and her instructors, offer a variety of great classes, informative workshops, and truly incredible Sound Baths. There is also a little boutique that has unique jewelry, decor, books, clothing, and all kinds of fun stuff. Dani works harder than any of us can possibly know to make this a magical space, and all we have to do is walk through the door 🙂
