April 25, 2026 at 5:08 pmJust did the traditional hot yoga class for the first time here. What a nice place, seriously! Friendly staff and my yoga instructor, Kate, was AMAZING. She instructed the class in a way that everyone from beginners to experienced ones can enjoy all together. Easy to understand and follow, no pressure if you can’t do certain movements.
I loved that this place is very chill and not pretentious at all. I don’t like when a yoga studio focuses too much on looking so “cool”. If you know what I mean.
I can’t wait to go back. My body feels incredible!

April 25, 2026 at 5:08 pmI LOVE this studio! It has truly gotten me through some tough times. I’m eternally grateful for the grace and positive energy I’ve received from the teachers and staff, as well as my fellow yogis. The classes are amazing and the teachers really care about the work they do. Can’t recommend enough! 🙂

April 25, 2026 at 5:08 pmAs you’ll see from the other 1 star reviews this place is NOT IT. I’ve been a member of this studio since 2021. Today they decided to cancel my membership and kick me out of the studio (I see I’m not the only one they’ve done this to) for asking to be refunded $10 for cancelling a class less than 8 hours in advance because something with my sick dad came up. This studio is built on greed and the only thing that made me stay so long was the convenience and the few good teachers. I wish I had never given them my business. I have nothing good to say about the management staff who are rude, insensitive and incompassionate, all they care about is making money. I recommend finding a studio that isn’t built on taking advantage of students, and built on the actual principles of practicing yoga. I’m sure the owner will respond by making something up about how I’ve been “disrespectful” which is just a blatant lie since all I do is come in, take the class and leave. Do yourself a favor and DON’T GO HERE. Like others have said, I’ll be finding where else the teachers instruct and take my money there.
