Helpful ReviewThere were eight of us and seating is limited, so it took longer than expected to get seated and served. Once the food arrived (about 20 minutes after ordering), it was worth the wait. I had the catfish entrée with mac & cheese, truffle fries, and cornbread. The catfish was cooked perfectly with great batter, and the mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. The truffle fries were okay, and the cornbread was sweeter than I prefer—I was hoping for a more traditional style.
Great food and friendly service, but be prepared for a wait during busy times.

My wife has an allergy to chili pepper and the owner personally took his time to create a dish with the chef to formulate a Mac that was safe for her! This is huge because we rarely eat out due to this allergy. I had the Rasta Pasta with shrimp! Everything came out piping hot and fresh! This place deserves a 10-star rating. 5 stars is too low! May 6, 2026 at 1:31 pmYeah I’m never going to eat at another Mac n cheese place again. So good litterly as seen on tv Mac n cheese they do not lie when they say it’s famous. Super well made food and great service, the atmosphere is pretty fun for a group of people or a date. I came with a group of people one of them saw it on tik tok and for once it was actually an incredible place. Rare to see a good Mac n cheese place in this part of the country.

The staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating, our server went as far as to call the owner so I could speak to him. His kindness and customer service was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. He went above and beyond any expectation and came up with a recipe on the spot and had his chef make something just for me so I “could get the full experience”… he was so patient and helpful. I’m absolutely blown away! The place is clean, great music and vibe… great staff! Wish I lived closer so I could come back! If you’re in Miami, this is a MUST!

The mac and cheese fried croquetas were a hit— that perfect Spanish-American fusion bite that disappears off the tray in seconds. The honey fried chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, the lobster roll sandwiches were loaded and delicious, and the cornbread and banana pudding brought that warm, homemade feel everyone loved.
What made the experience even more special was the welcoming spirit of Syn, one of the owners. You can immediately feel the love and pride they put into their food and how they show up for their guests.
Supporting the service was AJoo Entertainment, who once again delivered exceptional hospitality. They made sure everything flowed smoothly, guests were taken care of, and the food was served with the same energy and professionalism they’re known for.
Amazing food, amazing people, House of Macs and AJoo Entertainment made the event unforgettable. Highly recommend for any gathering.
