When looking for apartments, this one had the most decent reviews with the primary complaint being the water temperature. I asked the leasing consultant (who was very helpful for me) about the water issue and she said it had been resolved. The property operates on a boiler system so be aware of that before applying. It will definitely mean constant times without hot water. I’ve been here a week and haven’t taken a hot shower. Im here now so it is what it is but its definitely something to not take lightly. Otherwise, I love my unit. Not too big, not too small. Wish there was more storage like an indoor coat closet. The floor plans offer either a balcony/patio or a sun room. Both are nice options. Mine faces the back of the property (woodsy vibes) so it’s peaceful. Just wish the the water situation was better. Not sure yet if I’ll stay long term because of that but it’s fine for now.

The move-in process was smooth, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful with any questions I’ve had. The apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived — everything looks just like it did during the tour. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I already feel at home here.
