Went to WR Emergency on 2/27.. Didn’t take long on calling me. Nurses and techs were very nice and professional. Doctor actually listened as i was telling her what my problems and pains were. She was very understanding. My first time experience there was great. No problems what do ever!!

Wish I could have given a higher rating but it was not well deserved. While being directed to my room, the nurse or medical assistant (to my knowledge) stopped to have a heated argument with another nurse before a third tagged in, while I waited in confusion and pure bafflement. No one seemed to be paying any attention to me as they continued to argue until I spoke up expressing my discomfort. Very unprofessional. The rooms/bathrooms could be a lot cleaner they are always dirty when I visit, toilet seats and floors soiled, tissue everywhere, no soap etc. Nurses also do not come right away when requested I had to leave my room to find assistance along with other patients in rooms near me. Emergency or no emergency, there is no sense of urgency. Not to mention the extended waiting periods. I’m used to long waits at the ER but here I wonder if they’re truly busy helping patients or off somewhere avoiding the chaos that this hospital has become. This hospital has got to get it together. Being located in an urban neighborhood is no excuse to treat patients and your environment with little care or supervision. Please do better.

I went to WR Medical Center 11/6 and I was so pleasantly surprised. They were professional, kind and on point. Dr Russell
Hug took time to search for the reason my blood pressure was so high. He changed my prescription and added an antibiotic. Now, my blood pressure is under control and I am so grateful. My nurse Funti was so wonderful. I truly cannot express my appreciation. We all need to utilize our great hospital in our community.

I arrived there Tuesday 2/10/2026, late evening/night, with a bad allergy/allergic reaction. The kind you see on TV. Everyone, I came in contact with, were really professional and treated me like a person, not just a patient, from the front desk to the back. Dr. Patel and staff were real genuine and had no problems, wanting to understand my situation, to get me the precise help I needed as soon as possible, to help save my life and recover. I really want to thank the White Rock ER Crew. Sometimes, it’s about knowing the right questions to ask and wanting to understand to get understanding.👍🏽✊🏽🫡

It was good and actually faster than I expected. I am not exactly sure what I was expecting with the stomach issues that I am having. I thought they might admit me. But is what it is. Nothing has changed with my symptoms. The NP said I needed to see a Gi doctor with in a week. My insurance doesn’t start until the first. I cant get in to a doctor’s office without my insurance and once I get it, I dont know how long it will be until I can get an appointment. I have to suffer with my symptoms until whenever. I am just over 6 weeks with my issues. Last night was one of the worst. But over all it was a good visit.
