Urban was awesome! Abby, at the front desk, was super sweet and welcoming. The studio was clean and delightful 💫 I had my first hot yoga sculpt class with Stephanie…That was a total workout!! Loved her flow and pace. We even did a little dance party!💃🏼 Overall, it was a great experience. 😁

Incredible place to practice hot yoga. The owner Jody is an amazing teacher and very attentive. The whole place is very welcoming and beautifully designed. I was grateful I can take a shower after my practice. What a treat. I’ll be back for ashtanga next time

Urban is the BEST! Everyone who works there is so sweet and welcoming. Sculpt is definitely my favorite, but I’ve tried all the class types they offer and they’re all amazing. Shoutout to Kayla, Stephanie, Estela, Bernie, and Lisa, their classes rock!! Love that they are women-owned and welcoming to all people. I feel so grateful to be a part of this special studio 💕

I’ve been coming to this studio for a long time and always loved it, but unfortunately my experience with instructor Bernie was very negative.

Before class even started (about 10 minutes early), she told me in a very rude manner to put my phone away. I explained that class hadn’t started yet and that I had always brought my phone into class before without issues. Instead of addressing it kindly, she continued to insist in a harsh tone. Only after I asked where this rule was written did she point it out. I put my phone away immediately, but her attitude already set a very unpleasant tone.

During class, I started feeling unwell because of the heat (which sometimes happens to me after 35–40 minutes of hot yoga). As usual, I stepped out briefly for air. When I tried to re-enter, she told me I shouldn’t come back in. I thought I misheard, but later she opened the door on my side and again repeated that I shouldn’t have come back in. After class, in front of everyone, she continued to argue and shame me, which was extremely unprofessional and humiliating.

I have never had such an experience with any other instructor at this studio. The place itself is great, but I cannot recommend taking Bernie’s class.

I’ve been to this studio twice now and both experiences have been great. The instructor, Randi, had an awesome energy that made the class really enjoyable! Even though I’m new to yoga, I felt comfortable and was able to adjust to my own level without feeling out of place. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone, whether you’re new or have been doing it for awhile.
