Any question I have, or any request is answered and handled quickly. She’s even gone out of her way to help me replacing a parking pass. The complex is quiet and clean.

I put in a request for something to be fixed and within a couple hours it’s fixed! The area feels safe and is super close to grocery stores. Literally love living here!!

When problems arise (very minor as things can break), Brandon and Amber are quick to address and fix the problem. Next month makes a year since we’ve been here and I do not regret the decision a bit. The neighborhood is quiet, beyond safe, and in the middle of everything! I highly recommend anyone considering Turnberry to give them a chance. You will not regret it.

April 26, 2026 at 10:12 pmThese apartments are quite old, have not had any renovations done in years. The first issue was when Cypress Community took over they raised the rent, yet no renovations were done. Our AC went out many times, never replaced just “fixed” down stairs toilet was “fixed” 3 times yet still rocked like you would fall off until we moved out. Party room was inaccessible for no reason. Pool has only opened up this last couple weekends. There is barely 24 hour notice when they will be walking into your apartment. The paint was so thick most of the doors were painted shut. Just a general lack of pride in the property. Don’t get me wrong, it served its purpose to us for the 2 years we were there, however I would Not recommend this place to ANYONE! You pay non refundable deposit on dogs yet still get charged a “cleaning fee” out of your deposit when you move out…… even tho it’s your responsibility as a landlord to provide proof the unit was cleaned professionally, NOT THE PREVIOUS TENANTS.
