The concierge whether Lauren or her team, greets me over the phone with such pleasure and always makes sure I get exactly what I need no matter the issue. The staff as a whole are very pleasant and helpful and ensure that you’re well taken care of. I knew from the tour I was going to move here, just off of how friendly and insightful everyone was. Thanks again Tacoby for helping me with my new home in a new city!! You’re awesome and the staff is amazing.

From the moment the tour began, he was personable, knowledgeable, and so impressionable in the best way. He greeted and spoke to everyone we passed with genuine warmth, which really showed the kind of community and atmosphere The Statler has.
The property itself is stunning. The hotel, amenities, and perks are truly top-tier. I was blown away by the rooftop bar, the stylish speakeasy, and the beautifully designed model apartment that showcased what living here would feel like—luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully laid out.
But what stood out the most was the leasing office staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel valued from start to finish. Their energy and hospitality made the entire experience even more impressive.
Overall, my visit exceeded every expectation. If you’re considering The Statler Apartments, I highly recommend scheduling a tour—especially with Tacoby

From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed. Tacoby was our first point of contact and set the tone with professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Sydney and Jarren were lovely and made our welcome experience feel personal and thoughtful.
The concierge team—Taj, Lauren, and Robert—have been incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in creating a warm, supportive community. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to Dallas, and we’re so happy to call the Statler home.

April 29, 2026 at 11:10 pmI’ve lived at The Statler for 6 months and I LOVE IT! Definitely going to be living her again after my lease ends. The apartment complex is clean, quick, very accommodating and has AMAZING SECURITY. (The best security I’ve seen even after looking at 10-15 other places in the area)
That said I have had some minor issues that were annoying to deal with but the leasing staff (particularly Tacoby & Felicia) were so understanding, helpful and friendly, It was honestly hard to be upset.
