May 5, 2026 at 12:31 amMy partner and I moved in four months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. We live on the ground floor and whenever it rains water comes up through the floor and drips from the ceiling. Our walls are bubbling and turning yellow with cracks forming. It looks like they painted over it multiple times to hide worrying flaws. We call the emergency maintenance line, sent multiple emails and calls, even went into the office and they stated “we’re backed up.” The bath tubs bubble even after repair after repair. I could go on and on about more problems that won’t get fixed. But having flooding and yellow walls makes me believe there’s the starting of mold.
