Moved in aug. Cars speed thru the parking lot. Theres plenty of parking. Was nice and quiet until lately. 1 neighbor starts playing his music at midnight and another plays videos games so loud all hrs. Might have to reconsider renewing my lease.

April 30, 2026 at 2:58 amIn general, the layout and appearance of parking areas and other outdoor environments are good. You do not have to travel far to reach places such as shopping and narquets. The apartment is easy to use. However, many things are now becoming obsolete. Just because the outside of the building is painted does not make everything beautiful. Maintenance tasks requested within the home are resolved in a short time. However, the solution to the real problems is overlooked, and better quality workmanship must be done for these works. Otherwise, the quality inside the houses will decrease. The windows have single glass, which is bad in terms of heat insulation. Additionally, solar film coverings and fly screens on the windows should be replaced. The cabinet coverings in the kitchen and bathroom have begun to deteriorate. When I first moved into the apartment, the interior of the apartment was clean. everything was working. The microwave oven had broken parts, but it worked. A stove that is easier to clean and has a flat top may be preferred. There are paint and plaster problems in a few areas (on the walls and ceiling) due to aging. The entire apartment needs to be remodeled.

Beautiful views from sunset to sundown! Watching the jets fly over from Ellington field…watching the awesome birds flying overhead and on the water! Watching the fish pop up out of the water…..This is Heaven!!! Friendly neighbors and a Great living style!!

April 30, 2026 at 2:58 amResidents were not warned before police issued parking citations inside the complex. Multiple cars were ticketed overnight for “parked facing traffic,” despite there being no signs, or prior notice from management indicating traffic flow or parking direction. Knowing everyone parks that way never had an issue or a warning Enforcement without clear signage or resident communication is frustrating and avoidable. This could have been handled with a simple notice instead of surprise citations at 3–4 AM.
