April 29, 2026 at 10:39 pmI have lived here in a single bedroom for almost two years , and now transferring into a 2 bedroom floor plan with my boyfriend. Every time I go in the staff knows my name, maintenance always fixes any issues within the day, and the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. The amenities and campus is always clean and quiet, and apartments are very spacious and great natural lighting. Excited for the next few years here!

You can’t get a response from the office to save your life. Not a call back, a response to an email (going on 4 unanswered emails over the past couple months), nothing. Maybe if they were more worried about their job rather than gossiping about tenants with previous employees, things would run smoother.
Maintenance is great though, shoutout Jason & Brittany for always being efficient and communicative 🙂

There are always things that can improve, but overall our experience has been a great one. Staff at the front office are pleasant and helpful, priced reasonably for location and services, maintenance has always been quick, and have yet to have an issue they didn’t fix. Fitness center has been great and provides almost everything one would need for working out. Pool is maintained regularly and very clean and pleasant during the summer. Definitely encourage others to join the community.
