Living in this townhome community has been an amazing experience! The homes are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and has a real sense of community — everyone here is friendly and respectful.

A big shoutout to Jesus the property manager and his team — he’s always professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any time I’ve needed help or had a question, he’s handled it quickly and with great attitude. It really makes a difference having someone like him managing the property.

Everything from the landscaping to the shared areas is kept in excellent condition, and it feels like a place people are proud to call home. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to live!

I’ve lived here about five or six months now, and I’ve loved it since the first day. It’s a great place to get away from noise and traffic while still having stores nearby and take out restaurants. Jesus is a great help for anything you need with moving in and HOA paperwork. Lots of dogs and pets, lots of kids and families too. All the appliances work perfectly and maintenance did a fast repair for me with no problem. There is a dust that blows in, someone pointed out and I wondered what they meant before moving in but I have seen it’s a fine layer in the corners sometimes. Doesn’t bother me and I’m not sure what anyone could do about it. The sidewalk layout is beautiful and the view of the city on one side is amazing at night. And the apartment itself is very spacious and I don’t hear anything threw the walls from my neighbors.

Update: Our lease is almost up and we wish we weren’t moving because ive never had better maintenance and management. I dont know why someone would say the closets are small. I have 2 six cube shelving units on opposite ends of my walk in closet, it’s so tall on one end I stack an addition 4 cube shelf on my 6 cube, and my large ikea dresser is against my middle wall.in front my door that opend inwards and doesn’t even touch with space on both ends of my dresser for laundry baskets. The rooms for my 3 bedroom are huge. The only room that I wish was bigger was the main. Can’t fit a king bedroom set, but I fit my queen, my two night stands, which are actually large buffet cabinets, a standing lamp, two desks, two chairs and 4 monitors. This is not a small place, maybe compared to a large house. But don’t move into a towhome that 1611sq ft and think its going to be ginormous. This place is amazing, the dirt has nothing to do with complex being dirty, it’s a desert and there’s a rock quarry nearby.
    – We moved in on Oct 1 and it’s been great. Things we’re wrong with the place upon move in but Jesus is extremely helpful, prompt, and goes above and beyond for the residents compared to all of my previous rentals. It’s pretty clean here except the occasional dog owner who keeps letting their dog poop wherever and doesn’t pick it up. Other than that though, it’s pretty quite, clean, and well kept. I like how close we are to the 215 for work and shopping. The view on walks in the community and from our windows are beautiful. I also wanted to mention that this is definitely kid friendly. The only reason some people say it’s not is because they let their tiny little ones run around in the street with cars and don’t watch them. Obviously that’s not safe anywhere. I take my kids on walks and we go down the street to the park to play! Love the location and it’s safe.

I recently had a deeply troubling experience with Cushman & Wakefield and BluSky at The Willows at Town Center, When asked for alternative accommodation I mentioned the cliffs would likely be a better choice given the experience at the willows at town center this request was declined which has left my family emotionally and financially devastated. On November 1st, 2024, I moved into a unit managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Almost immediately, on November 3rd, I reported a water leak in my unit as soon as I became aware. Unfortunately, I believe their response demonstrated gross negligence and a disregard for tenant safety.

    Key Issues:
    1. Incomplete Remediation and Withholding Information:
    • Areas such as the laundry room were left untreated, despite extensive water damage stated in independent findings.
    • Workers were observed performing remediation without proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), a clear violation of safety standards.
    • Cushman & Wakefield withheld critical remediation results from my family, leaving us uninformed of the dangers in the unit.
    2. Withheld Information:
    • On November 12th, I hired an independent company to inspect the unit. Their findings included molds that posed health risks, particularly to my infant child.
    • On November 20th, Cushman & Wakefield’s legal team provided conflicting remediation results that differed significantly from the independent findings they tested on 11/15 according to their findings.
    3. Forced Displacement and Financial Burden:
    • Their negligence forced my family to vacate the property, contaminating our belongings and causing unnecessary financial and emotional distress.
    • I requested corporate legal this request was denied, On December 4th, the local law firm declared “this matter is closed” while refusing to address unresolved issues such as renter’s insurance coverage (included in my lease) or the ongoing health risks.
    • On December 6th, I was served with a 5-day incurable lease violation, despite having already disconnected utilities and prepared to vacate the unit. After I sought accountability and requested escalation to corporate, I perceived the 5-day lease violation as retaliatory after I sought accountability.
    4. Unprofessional Handling of Lease Termination:
    • I complied with a civil stand-by through the Metropolitan Police to return the keys and garage opener. The Officer stated to remain in my vehicle with my family. However, Cushman & Wakefield’s office staff, under instructions from their legal team, refused to accept the keys from the officer and instructed to leave them in the unit instead.

    My Recommendation

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with either Cushman & Wakefield or BluSky. In my opinion, Cushman & Wakefield demonstrated negligence by failing to complete the remediation process and withholding key information.

Under Nevada law, they have 30 days to comply with returning my security deposit and first month’s rent. I’ll keep you all posted on whether they follow through on this legal obligation. Let’s see if they choose to comply or continue their alleged pattern of bad faith practices.

While they may have believed they could get away with harming my family, history has shown that accountability always catches up—just as it did with Capone. This isn’t just about tenant negligence; it’s about potential systemic issues that deserve thorough investigation. My hope is that no other family ever has to endure what mine has.

I believe these actions warrant further investigation into their practices.

5 Stars – Amazing Move-In Experience at The Cliffs at Lone Mountain!

I recently moved into The Cliffs at Lone Mountain, and I can honestly say that my experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The office manager, Jesus, went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. From the moment I reached out for information about the units, he was extremely helpful and communicative. He made sure I had all the details I needed prior to the move and kept me informed throughout the process.

On top of that, the unit was spotless when I moved in, which was such a relief. I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff and appreciated knowing that they were ready to assist with anything I might need. The level of customer service here really sets The Cliffs at Lone Mountain apart.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my move-in experience, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Thank you, Jesus, and the entire team for making this such a smooth transition!
