May 1, 2026 at 2:54 pmI had a great experience while touring The Chadwick this past weekend. I met my tour guide, Savannah, who exceeded my expectations with the tour. Savannah was very informative when she spoken about the history of The Chadwick, the different amenities, showing me different floor plans/options, and the breakdown of the fees. While we were touring, she was polite to not only me but she was polite to the other residents that were walking along our path as well as personnel who works at The Chadwick. Savannah was also personable and asked me questions to assist with my apartment search. Savannah made my touring experience the best one thus far. I would recommend anyone who is interested with viewing this property should request Savannah as their tour guide.

A lot of remodeling has been done inside and out from the apartments itself as well as the landscape onsite. Working alongside the team from Chadwick I can definitely notice how far this place has come along and the efforts that has been made. Improvements have been done all throughout and the staff itself is also very helpful and easy going. With a good team onsite and a good livable environment this place has become more welcoming each time.

Not only did Tama provide top-notch customer service, but I also appreciated how she treats her employees – it’s clear she values and supports her team. I had the pleasure of meeting Darrien, who was shadowing her and greeted me at reception, and I can confidently say he’s going to be a rockstar in the industry. Both Tama and Darrien were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease discussing my options. They presented me with multiple unit options and were transparent throughout the process. If you’re looking for a leasing team that’s sincere, dedicated, and genuinely cares about their customers, look no further!

He knocked out around seven-ish work orders in less than two hours, and everything was done efficiently and correctly. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s always a relief when someone comes in, handles everything smoothly, and leaves no loose ends – especially as I, myself, have over 8 years experience in both onsite and corporate property management, so I appreciate seeing stellar service. His hard work and positive attitude really stood out, and he’s a huge asset to the team at The Chadwick Apartments.
I also want to highlight Community Manager Linda, who has been absolutely top-tier to have in the community. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful, which makes a huge difference as a resident. She’s proactive, approachable, and genuinely invested in the community, and it shows in how well the property is run and how comfortable residents feel. Her dedication to resident satisfaction and retention is evident, and she truly helps make The Chadwick feel like a well-managed, welcoming place to call home. Also, shout-out to her making me feel like an asset to the community for pointing things out constructively, and not making me feel like a squeaky wheel! 😉
