He was proactive, transparent, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The entire team at The Atherton has been incredibly attentive and professional throughout.
I would absolutely recommend the building, the management team here is truly second to none.

April 27, 2026 at 8:44 amOne of the best spots in Southend. I’ve lived here for over two years and really enjoy the amenities, location and overall convenience of living at the Atherton. The management is responsive and helpful. The service team is top notch and always responds quickly Ben, Keldin and Al do a great job. I haven’t had any major issues while living here but the team has taken care of the few minor ones in a timely manner. Overall good value.

Jeremy was so helpful at move in, and the maintenance team (specifically Ben and Keldin) respond to requests quickly and are very professional. Becca and Chris also throw incredible resident events. Could not recommend this building more!

The community here is awesome, and events are so fun, Becca and Chris do a phenomenal job with planning fun things to bring the residents together! The facility is amazing, great location. Walkable to everything you could need. Maintenance is the best I’ve ever had in an apartment. Definitely recommend living here!

April 27, 2026 at 8:44 amThe facilities team is incredibly helpful. Whenever I submit a Work order, they are always very prompt in their response and arrive no later than 24 hours. One of those folks being Keldin who has shown nothing but exemplimentary skills and immense professionalism whenever he arrives. He always has a positive attitude and I can trust that whatever issue I have, he can solve it.
