What makes this studio special is the depth of knowledge the teachers bring. They truly understand the human body—ligaments, mobility, alignment—and they teach in a way that helps you move safely and intelligently. There’s also a good balance on mobility + strength. But beyond the physical practice, they place a strong emphasis on the connection between mind and body.
In class, the teachers like Irina (the owner) often remind us to focus on our internal experience rather than trying to achieve a perfect pose. That approach really reflects the true spirit of yoga. At the same time, she would also spend time to dissect a pose so that students can improve.
The teacher training program opened up an even deeper world for me. Teachers like Dikla share immense knowledge not only about asana, but also yoga philosophy, different yoga traditions, and pranayama practices. It’s been a very enriching journey.
