Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently, and every interaction shows how much they care about residents. May 7, 2026 at 4:37 amWe were looking for apt. on Nov. 2024, and walked in Seacrest Lobby without any appt. We were given a warm tour, and made the decision to live there immediately after it. Although it took some time to prepare the required document to move in, I think this process assured the management quality on the community. Because of personal reason, we had to break the lease at the 8th month. Lumi, the community manager helped smoothy the move-out process, and the final penalty was actually the rent for the extra two months till we moved out, and didn’t charge anything when the unit was returned. Generally the period living in Seacrest Home Apartment was a pleasant trip, and the management team provided the best service for us. I would rate 5 stars for this apartment.

I must say that I was extremely satisfied and pleased with my entire stay at Seacreast Apartments. My maintenance requests (which are very few) were addressed timely. Lumi P. is an exceptional property manager. She is knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. The place is kept clean, smells great, and the staff are so courteous. Overall, the location is a very safe place. I am thankful and grateful to the Seacrest Team. Keep up the exceptional service and quality. THANK YOU for keeping me safe!

May 7, 2026 at 4:37 amLiving at Seacrest was one of the best decision I’ve made since moving to CA. I lived there for about 3 years, and to be honest, never lived anywhere where you felt taken care of like here. From the manager (Lumi), to all the staff, the maintenance, the security; everyone was really nice and made sure requests were taken care of promptly and professionally.
For the price too, everything even remotely similar in quality and location is a few hundred to a few thousand dollars more, making this really an optimal location.
Would 100% recommend anyone looking at apartments in the area to check out Seacrest, you won’t regret it.
