April 19, 2026 at 7:27 amNoisy neighborhood! You can hear neighbors through the thin walls. Kids fighting and very loud do not recommend if you want a peaceful atmosphere. Seem to have shady activity going on at night. Not worth the price save yourself some time an headache and rent elsewhere!

The maintenance technician, Armando, is very quick to respond and professional. The community has a beautiful club house and they host food trucks every month which has been awesome! I would recommend living at Salerno!

Included my pics so you all could see the gorgeous neighborhood. Very picturesque. As a black woman I NEVER feel unsafe. It’s beautiful here. The staff are amazing!!! Myra is practically family now.
