April 30, 2026 at 11:23 amI recently had an amazing experience at this complex. Truly, this reviewer is shocked. Everything was so clean and well-kept. All the staff I ran into were so pleasant and helpful. The pool area was unbelievably beautiful. The apartment I stayed in was also very modern, which leads me to believe all of them are like that. I’d highly recommend it if you are looking for a great condo unit with all the fixings. Thanks for the great experience!

April 30, 2026 at 11:23 amI enjoyed my time living here. Property is well maintained and residents are respectful. I moved for personal reasons but nothing related to issues with the property. Nice upgraded appliances in the unit. Patios are also more spacious than I’ve seen in other new builds. Thanks for a great 15 months.

April 30, 2026 at 11:23 amI moved to Sagemont on October 1, 2025, and my experience has been disappointing and frustrating.
– The air pollution is high, and it smells bad everywhere. My throat itches, feels like I have thin sand running over my face and my eyes burn because of the air pollution. You can’t open the balcony door so your apartment smells bad.
– The water smells nasty. Their water treatment makes it stink. My hair smells right after washing and air drying because the water and air smell.
– You can hear the traffic noise and big trucks. It is loud even at night. Even with a Noise Cancelling Curtain.
– The hallway smells bad. It is always dirty and it has a heavy smoke smell.
-The washer is not working properly. It is not taking the fabric softener. I have requested maintenance twice.
-The dishwasher was smelling nasty. There was a black mud stuck to the bottom of the central tube from the previous residents.
-The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. My dog found a medication I had never seen before so I checked the bedroom carpet and I found 4 other pieces like quarters of medication. There were dead bugs on the living room floor, and on the windows on the day I moved in even though I requested it to be cleaned and sent pictures of the bugs.
-I had my boyfriend’s car towed last night at 4 am. That was disrespectful. He was registered for guest parking with the Apartment Permits. The permit had expired at 6pm on 11/22 and when I tried to renew his guest permit, I received a message saying: ‘Failed to Register Guest Vehicle. The maximum number of hours for hourly guests is 0 hours.’ What?! He paid $350 to get the car back plus 2 hours waiting.
First of all, nobody ever told me there was a monthly hours limit on guest parking.
Helpful ReviewHe comes every weekend, and that was enough to reach the guest-hour parking limit.

April 30, 2026 at 11:23 amWe lived here for a little over a year and absolutely loved the experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently.
Safety here is truly 10/10, we always felt secure, and parking and community spaces are well cared for. Noise has never been an issue, and we felt extremely valued as residents.
This has truly been the best apartment we’ve ever lived in, and we’re so sad to be leaving!
