May 9, 2026 at 1:28 amI’ve been paying $25 dollars every month for trash valet . It’s been almost a whole two weeks and they still don’t take responsibility of their own job that I’m paying for. The leasing office informed me they can’t take off that payment .

May 9, 2026 at 1:28 amThe location is convenient, but I would not recommend moving here. I have not even lived here for a full year, and the plumbing issue — including sewage backing up through the pipes — has already happened multiple times. Emergency maintenance requests often go unanswered, which is extremely frustrating given the severity of the problem.
Residents are charged for trash services, yet pickup is inconsistent and trash is sometimes left sitting outside for days. Additionally, noise concerns are not adequately addressed by management. When complaints are made, the office simply states that the disturbances are not occurring during designated quiet hours, and therefore nothing can be said to the neighbor. As a result, it becomes difficult to enjoy peace and quiet in your own apartment.
