Sherri has designed an excellent wellness program. She hosts and facilitates with exuberance, offering a mix of thoughtfully curated workshops, generous breaks, and expert-led sessions that leave a lasting impression. The setting is incredibly peaceful, scenic, and cozy—an ideal place to reset. The food was also outstanding, nourishing both body and spirit.

Each day strikes a balance: engaging group activities paired with two-hour blocks of personal downtime. With just 6–8 participants, the experience feels intimate and personalized. Guest professionals from various fields bring unique insights, and Sherri’s warmth and kindness create a space where everyone feels truly supported.

What makes this program truly special is that it doesn’t end when the retreat does. Attendees receive follow-up resources and access to a six-week post-program support track, helping them integrate what they’ve learned into daily life. You leave not only restored, but equipped with meaningful tools that carry forward.

Red House Wellness, Sherri and Sandra are absolutely amazing! I went to Red House for a reset after a very busy September with nonprofits. Sleep was my main issue and boy did I sleep well after two days of healthy eating, meditation, exercise, and breathing techniques I had never heard of! I ended most evenings in the hot tub with the stars shining above. So relaxed I then poured myself into bed!😴

The food was delicious and the intermittent fasting was really good for me. Sherri and Sandra are so kind and gentle. I couldn’t wait to get up every morning and start a new day with their smiling faces!! Red House really has a lot to offer and one of my favorites was the aerial yoga! Miraculously I had no pain while suspended in the air.

Thank you, Red House,, Sandra, and most of all Sherrie💕

I just got back from an amazing week at Red House Wellness.
I needed a reset, for my body, mind and habits. Red House gave me this and more. One of my dearest friends recommended Red House, as she had a transforming experience. She was correct RH is a very special place.

When my friends asked when I got back, what was the best thing about RH, I had to say the owners Sheri and Sandy. Sheri brings a lift time of experience, warmth, and her empowerment teachings to RH, while Sandy brings her own warmth, listening skills, and wellness learnings.

The pace worked for me. I liked going to bed at the sound of the Siren, ringing all through out Park City, and waking up to start the day early. RH has amazing chefs who gave my body the restart it needed. We ate a healthy vegan diet, and went sugar free, which already has changed the pains I have in my body.

The daily variety of events worked for me. Daily yoga, breathing tutorials, and lessons. Sheri brought numerous specialist in to help us all week. We had numerous sessions a day which dealt with our mind, body and self help. I loved that we were able to take breaks and walk in the beautiful mountains, enjoy the sauna and hot tub. I had requested before I came a sound bath yoga, Sheri went above and beyond with a very spiritual life changing sound bath leader.

We started the sessions with our own RH notebook which I read every morning to help me get centered and have a mentally balanced day. If you are looking for a therapist and need lots of one on one work I would not say RH is for you. This is group work which I really enjoyed as learning about others and how they moved through life dealing with the good and bad life has to offer.

I feel I met friends for life who will always be there. Sheri and her team have already reached out as we start our 6-week follow up program to make sure what we learned we are implementing into our daily lives. Sheri also reached out for one on one time for each of us. I feel changed after my time at RH mentally and physically which is exactly what I was looking for.

This was a magical experience! Life changing. I have tried so many things to help find my inner peace & purpose. Practicing these principles for 6 days gave me confidence. This works! I was given a tool box which helps me maintain myself while dealing with what life throws at me. Eating a plant based diet has changed my relationship with food. I had just succumbed to my inflamed menopause body. I think this was the biggest area of growth for me. The accommodations, the food, the view all
Combined for a life changing experience.
Sherri & Sandra thank you for sharing your gifts. I can’t thank you enough for helping me find my direction at this crossroads in my life. Namaste 🙏🏻

Looking for a unique place to recharge and restore mental clarity, peace of mind and have an awesome time doing it?
It’s all here at Red House Wellness where I experienced meaningful discussions, active inside and outside exercise programs and a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation and so much more.
The vegetarian meals are all freshly prepared, including an outstanding array of soups, salads and hearty entrees.
When I returned home I felt refreshed, rested and able to take on new attitudes in my wellness journey!
