May 6, 2026 at 11:32 pmI recently moved into Reata Apartments and have had a very positive experience so far. The community is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, and the entire move-in process was smooth and efficient.
The leasing process was also handled very well. Zach, in particular, was outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. He answered all of my questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt settled from the start. During my first few days, a package was misplaced by UPS, and Zach took the time to help locate it and coordinate pickup, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, my experience has been excellent. The team is attentive, and the property reflects a high standard of care. I would highly recommend Reata Apartments.

From the start, Zach and Nick were welcoming and helpful during our move-in, and Hernan, the manager, has continued to be very kind and attentive whenever we’ve needed anything. Overall, the team has been supportive and genuinely caring, which has made our experience here very positive.
Living here has been nothing but peaceful, and that’s something we truly value. It’s also been nice to see the little extra efforts the community makes, like hosting events, food trucks, pool gatherings, and occasional treats. It really adds to the sense of community and makes living here enjoyable.
Maintenance has also been fantastic. Adrian has always been super kind and always treats us and our home with so much respect. He takes the time to explain what the issue might be and how he plans to fix it, and things are fixed super quick. That level of care and communication really stands out.
All around, it’s been a great place to live, and we truly enjoy being here.

May 6, 2026 at 11:32 pmCAUTION !! Here’s the thing- I loved this apartment. The apartment was beautiful, the complex is well maintained with nice amenities, its quiet, the staff is friendly. I rarely had any maintenance issues, but when I did, it was handled promptly and efficiently. So it pains me to say that I wouldn’t recommend living here, unless you don’t care about money. When I moved out, I was breaking my lease and moving cross country so money was tight. I asked multiple times what was going to be due when I moved out and always received the same answer. I left the apartment spotless and there were no issues. Imagine my surprise when I’m being charged for the week after my last day in the apartment (proper notice was given). I was charged for the week they use to turn over the apartment before the new tenant (which was lined up). This was never mentioned at any point by anybody in the office and was not part of what I was told I would be responsible for. I wish I paid attention to the multiple reviews saying they will charge you an arm and a leg to move out. I have never had a problem moving out of a complex and getting my full deposit back, so I thought it was just people being nitpicky. But nope. Super disappointing because I loved this place. But they absolutely will charge you for stupid shit and try to get every last penny out of you.

The apartment is clean and modern, with great amenities. The location is also a big plus, being right across from TJs. We’re really happy with our new place!
