April 18, 2026 at 8:04 pmI am very disappointed with how a recent issue has been handled at this community.
A dog waste station was installed directly in front of my yard, which significantly affects our privacy and creates an unpleasant odor near our home. More importantly, the smell and increased pet activity in that immediate area raise hygiene and health concerns for my family, especially my young child.
We pay an additional $150 per month specifically for a yard space, and having a pet waste station placed directly in front of it defeats the purpose of paying for that added privacy and comfort.
I raised this concern with the leasing office and spoke with Alex, but instead of receiving support or exploring alternative placement options, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
During the touring and leasing process, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the level of respect and consideration shown now is very different.
Residents deserve to be treated with respect and to have their legitimate concerns taken seriously. I request that management reconsider the placement of this installation and work toward a solution that maintains cleanliness while also respecting residents’ living spaces.
I hope management will address this promptly and improve communication with residents moving forward.

April 18, 2026 at 8:04 pmFirst let me start off by saying this review does NOT reflect on the apartment itself of the people that work in the leasing office, which by the way since I moved in in November I have seen employees come and go in a 3 month period, which if you ask me is NOT a good sign. I have worked for my company for 10 years which speaks VOLUMES to the company i work for!!!! I received an email stating we are being charged $25 in violation of valet trash. I was totally confused because we have done as we always did as far as trash goes since we moved in. Unfortunately we were not informed at any point or time the can needed to be put inside the apartment and put outside the door daily. So there was a lack of communication with the person I dealt with when I signed the lease. Ok no problem but why a fine why not a warning FIRST!!! Mind you we have had to jump over a red substance that’s been at the entrance since the weekend and today is Tuesday and it’s still there. Although we love the apartment with the turn over in the leasing office and a fine for a situation we were totally unaware of we will definitely be moving after only ONE YEAR!!!! There is so much out there and the best advice I can give is look elsewhere there are tones of options out there!!! Below is a photo of the red whatever that is that we have had to jump over since the weekend.
Also let me add I was not the only tenant that has had their can outside the door which leads me to believe a lot of us where not informed upon move in and yes I went into the app and checked to see if there was any messages about this being a thing now and no I never got an email explaining the change either. I was told “ well the email went out” and I said “ well I never got an email and at 58 big years old I would have ZERO reasons to lie.

April 18, 2026 at 8:04 pmI have been living at Prose Apartments for the past 1 year. Unfortunately, maintenance of the common areas has been very disappointing. The walking floors are not being vacuumed or cleaned regularly. This needs immediate attention.
Helpful ReviewAdditionally, there are no stop signs or speed limit boards inside the community, which is a serious safety concern. I request management to install proper boards and improve walking floor cleaning immediately to ensure resident safety and cleanliness.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Our conversation flowed so naturally — she was warm, respectful, and easy to talk to, and we even shared a few laughs.
Tika took her time walking me through the unit, explaining every detail clearly, from layout to pricing to availability. I never felt rushed or unsure, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Out of all the apartment tours I’ve done, she is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever met. Her professionalism, kindness, and energy made the whole experience stand out in the best way.
I truly appreciated her and left the tour feeling informed and valued. Highly recommend working with her!

April 18, 2026 at 8:04 pmBAD BAD BAD. all around horrible experience living here. Maintenance is clearly lacking knowledges I have had my AC GO OUT IN THE SUMMER AND MY HEAT OUT IN THE WINTER? Not once not twice but multiple times. They never seem to fix the root of the issue. Not only is the maintenance lacking they are very shady about where your money may be going I was double charged rent over $2000 tried to get a refund for over 3 weeks. I was shuffled around to multiple people being told I was speaking to “higher up” yet everyone had the same answer we don’t know where the money went and we need to track it down… not my problem should’ve gotten a refund. I have also been charged for a month to month fee when I renewed my lease within the 60 days time frame. When I asked why they told me they “couldn’t find the paper work” I am so incredibly disappointed we renewed a lease with this property. They are not helpful not honest and don’t truly care about the well being of their residents. I’ve lived in apartments my entire life and I’ve never been so unhappy to live in an apartment.
