April 13, 2026 at 6:17 pmI completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Peachtree Yoga Center, and it has truly been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The studio has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that allows you to relax, focus, and grow—both physically and mentally.
I was fortunate to train under Graham, Ilona, and Rosani, whose teaching changed the way I understand yoga. They are not only highly knowledgeable, but they also teach with genuine care and dedication. I learned so much more than asanas — I gained a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, breathwork, mindful movement, and the heart of what it means to guide others.
What stood out the most was how the instructors were fully committed to helping every student succeed. They provided personalized feedback, patient guidance, and constant encouragement, making sure we felt confident and prepared. Because of their support, I finished the training feeling ready—not just to teach yoga, but to share yoga with authenticity and compassion.
Now, as I begin my own journey as a teacher, I’m grateful to know that this is where I started. If you are looking to deepen your practice or become a yoga instructor, I wholeheartedly recommend Peachtree Yoga Center. 🧘♀️💙

April 13, 2026 at 6:17 pmI recently completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training (200YTT) at Peachtree Yoga Center. It was a comprehensive, immersive, and transformational journey which I will never forget. As a result of my completion, I plan to teach yoga and also continue my studies and development.
The staff and teachers are exceptional – the best in the business. I completed the program well-equipped to plan, organize, and teach a full yoga class. The experiences gained during the training have enhanced many areas of my life beyond the yoga studio. My physical and mental health have drastically improved as a result of the training.
I would highly recommend Peachtree Yoga Center to anyone wishing to explore or deepen their own yoga practice or anyone who wishes to teach.

April 13, 2026 at 6:17 pmThere are many great yoga studios, but there is nowhere quite like PYC. As a student, the unmatched loving environment drew me to take classes here. I knew years ago that I wanted to take Yoga Teacher Training. I live over a hour away from the studio, but still knew that PYC was where I wanted to take my training. Taking the training has transformed who I am. I am forever grateful for Peachtree Yoga Center and the phenomenal people who run the studio. If you are thinking about taking YTT, this is your sign and this is the place. You will not regret it.

April 13, 2026 at 6:17 pmI am a recent graduate of the 200-hour YTT, and the difference between who I was before and who I am now is unmistakable. I now have a clear sense that I’m moving in the right direction, both in my practice and in my life.
I feel incredibly grateful to have learned from the three mentors. They are true leaders who guide the group in a way that fosters genuine love, connection, and growth. I’ve experienced many different leaders in my life, but what I learned from them is more valuable than anything I’ve learned elsewhere.
This program has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my journey, and I am deeply thankful for the transformation it has brought into my life.

April 13, 2026 at 6:17 pmSeems the focus at this studio is heavy on Yoga training, not on individuals, but I attended a class in the past. When I did, I took a Yin/ gentle yoga class. But recently, I decided to go back and try the Align & Refine class, which was not for me! I thought I’d try a new type of class but big mistake. The instructor was pretty obnoxious. It’s so disturbing how Western yoga instructors like her who have very slender bodies are not sensitive to people who have curvy bodies like mine. And one whose body won’t easily contort to this “perfect” form during poses. I’ve been doing yoga iver 25 year when I lived in NYC during the early days and even took classes at the Yoga Barn while in Bali. Anway at Peachtree this time, this instructor kept singling me out the whole class. And after her especially disconcerting response to my not being able to just easily ‘pull’ my [fat] abs to my spine smh. That was my cue, I had to get up out of this class early! I will go back to being an introvert with in home yoga by women of color instructors. And go back to studios in Midtown with diverse instructors of color and more body positivity/ sensitivity!
