O’resh is the kind of new Soho spot that actually lives up to the hype.

We started with the Big Bluefin Slice, clean and bright with garum, red onion, urfa chili, and lime zest. The Crispy Potato Pastel topped with golden osetra caviar was rich without being heavy. The Golden Halloumi Kadayif with fresh za’atar and hot honey was so good we ordered it twice, salty, crispy, sweet, and completely addictive.

The Or’esh Market Salad with Greenmarket vegetables, stone yogurt, and Jerusalem bagel croutons somehow made vegetables feel like the main event. The American Red Snapper with English peas and lemon za’atar butter was simple and flawless.

And the Cardamom Soft Serve with caramelized kataifi crumble, honey, lemon zest, and olive oil… I genuinely don’t have the words. It was one of those desserts you think about the next day.

Every dish hit. No notes. The service was warm and polished, especially impressive for a buzzy new restaurant. We put our name down at 4:30 for bar seating and cancellations and were seated by 5:10, which felt like a win.

It felt like eating at someone’s home, just more elevated. Can’t wait to go back.

An awesome night with stunning ambiance. The staff was wonderful, and every dish was on point. The Big Bluefin slice was outstanding, and the 18 layer Wagyu New York strip was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Truly an exceptional restaurant.

Fantastic new spot with a foundation in good ingredients which is hard to find even in most upscale restaurants. Love that they don’t use seed oils and buy local from farmers market. Vibe is great, but I had a foodie influencer sitting next to me with a really bright light on the whole time. The restaurant should consider other guests if this was an invitation. How would they feel if I left my phone flash light on the brightest setting?

Food wise, I was very impressed and found a highly rated burgundy white at a great price point. The bagel is a must, really enjoyed the raw fish. Kebab was super. Will be back for the layered Wagyu.

Bailey deserves a shout out. Excellent service!

We came the first week they opened and thoroughly enjoyed our night at Or’esh. The marinated olive martini was so well balanced, the crispy potato caviar bites and golden halloumi were standout small plates, and the red snapper was cooked perfectly, it was fresh, light, and full of flavor. Our server suggested each of the hits and specialties of the chef and they did not disappoint.

A big thank you to our bartender, Aiden, for the warm, knowledgeable service, and to the whole team for being so attentive throughout the evening. We had such a great experience from start to finish and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Just Wow. Eugene Remm is a genius. We were fortunate enough to get a reservation here last night and we were speechless. The decor is absolutely beautiful and every attention to detail has been perfected. Additionally, the food is out of this world. We loved the big sliced tuna and the bagel. This is Eugene and team’s third restaurant in a short time and his legend continues.
