I enjoy and feel very safe walking around the apartment community. They keep the place looking great and repairs are made the next day. Most of the time we have even had quiet and considerate neighbors! And Sandra and Jill in the office have always been friendly, caring and helpful since before we moved in. Thank you!!! 🤗

The maintenance has been very nice and helpful with what I need. I love the complex. It is very quiet and everyone I have met so far has been super nice.

The management team has been responsive, respectful and genuinely invested in the well being of the tenants. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally. The complex is quiet, safe and well maintained with a real sense of community. I highly recommend Northpark village apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home.

All the people that work there have treated us like family and friends. That is something that is hard to find in the times we live in. If we hadn’t bought a house, we would still be there. We will miss it.

As luck would have it, Northpark had a unit that just needed a few finishing touches after recently being renovated. We were sold the minute we walked in – the unit was so bright and open with ample closet space and lots of natural sunlight (top of our list). Management went above and beyond to get a mirror for the bathroom and purchased a brand new washer and dryer for us to rent since we were a month-to-month lease. A few months in, we had an issue with the dryer vent and it was fixed immediately. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience at Northpark and it’s going to be hard to match both the management team and the unit. Thank you Jill, Sandra, Dylan and Jeremiah.
