April 19, 2026 at 2:07 amMy husband and I moved in one year ago and we have really enjoyed living here. I was pregnant when we moved in and we had our baby five months into it. It felt a bit much moving into such a big building complex at first but it has been so nice meeting many other new parents and starting our family here.
Dana was our first contact at the building who showed us everything and we still go visit her to say hello. All the staff (doormen, porters, security, health club) are so friendly as well.
Overall a great experience here.

April 19, 2026 at 2:07 amWe are so happy living at Normandie Court!At first, we were a little hesitant about signing here after reading some of the bad reviews but Jennifer took the time to explain everything to us, including the construction that was going on and she showed us a few apartments that were a great fit for us, and we decided to trust her and she did not disappoint! We honestly haven’t heard any construction noise.
Regarding the elevator, we did receive an email from the management office letting us know that one of the elevators would be temporarily out of service. Even so, we haven’t experienced any long wait times it’s been fast and working properly as always.
The front desk and package room staff are also very friendly. The gym is huge and clean which we love.
Thank you so much, Jennifer, for helping us find our home. And thank you to the entire Normandie staff for always taking care of the building you’re doing an amazing job.

The staff is amazing, starting from Dana who really helped us finding the right apartment for us and our little one. She was incredibly patient and kind and showed us several apartments until we found the one! Thank you Dana 💚
