March 19, 2026 at 9:27 amI have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. All of the staff we encountered were professional, personable and supportive. Each member of the medical team impressed us with their excellent bedside manner and vested interest in helping our family member. The hospital itself is beautiful and clean. The hallways are decorated with children’s artwork, putting a smile on your face when you need it.

March 19, 2026 at 9:27 amExtremely caring staff here! The nurses and doctors are both extremely knowledgeable and the care here is well above the norm. And since it is in New York City, they have some of the finest doctors in the world practicing here. They are always improving their facilities and upgrading their equipment to ensure that you received the best care possible in the area. There are plenty of parking garages in the area and some on street parking. There are also plenty of food places in the area to grab something to eat. If you are waiting for someone while they’re getting tests done. They also have a nice Cafe on the basement level that has very good food as well. All in all, this is one of the finest hospitals in the area!

March 19, 2026 at 9:27 amI have had two open Heart surgeries here with Dr. Michael Leonard my GP, who initially heard a new murmur and sent me for further tests. Dr. David Miller as my cardiologist, who is a Superstar, all his patients adore him! Finally Dr. Len Girardi who is The Best! The Nursing staff were fantastic, professional and kind. Everyone from the Techs, Food and nutrition, Environmental services, were thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend.

March 19, 2026 at 9:27 amOne of the best healthcare systems in New York City and in the world. I have been a patient for more than 10 years, and overall they are excellent. I recently underwent heart surgery there, and their ICU team is outstanding. However, the step-down unit—the stage of care before discharge—does not consistently meet the same high standards
