May 4, 2026 at 4:48 pmQuick and polite service at the front desk and with attendees whom took my vitals. Got inside within less than 15 minutes. The nurses were very attentive and helpful with my situation. They alleviated my pain with 15 mins and proceeded to exam me throughly while listening to my prior history and the days concern. All staff working that day were attentive and polite. At the point of discharge, the attending doctors were detailed and informative with explanations of results, treatment and steps moving forward. Overall I had the best service by far going here than other hospitals I’ve gone to before.

May 4, 2026 at 4:48 pmCame to the hospital and bypassed for 20mins while others ppl who walked in got seen. Ofc had to get up and say something for triage. then there was the 8hrs wait and an iv shoved deep in my arm for 6hrs. No food or drinks offered. I didn’t get seen and attended to until after 5pm which was for a catscan and then seen staff change shift and had a rude nurse who told me I would be waiting another 2 hrs for results and discharge cause they not sure if I needed surgery… Like I was to have surgery same day without getting any further details. Asked for supervisor who never showed. Just to include the strike outside…. Experience chefs kiss

May 4, 2026 at 4:48 pmI wish I could give this hospital a -5. I was treated so inhumane. I was mistakenly put under a suicide watch and denied medical care for a recent knee surgery I had. I was up all night and in pain when I went there for help because recovery has been unbearable. Multiple nurses lied and put in the system saying I was a danger and I wanted to hurt and kill everyone around me when I never said. My mom and boyfriend are my witnesses who were by my side the entire stay and I’ve never wanted to hurt anyone. I am so mentally distressed and traumatized. I was forced to stay there all night with no medical attention and when morning came they said it was all a mistake with no remorse and discharged me with no help for what I actually came for. I highly recommend never going to this hospital unless you want to be mistreated, especially if you have mental conditions (even being in a program/in treatment) because they only see you as an animal

My mom was here for 10 HOURS for an ear infection in what was supposed to be the fast track. do NOT waste your time here, please go to mount Sinai or NYU and I promise you won’t have to deal with this nonsense and waste hours away.
