The technicians are personable and professional answering my many questions. Dr. Rubinstein thoroughly examined my eyes, shared what she learned, made recommendations and walked me through the next steps needed prior to my future surgery. Next, I spoke to a navigator who scheduled my follow up appointments. She was clear and transparent about the out of pocket expenses I’d be responsible for not covered by my insurance. I left my appointment feeling safe entrusting my vision to Dr. Rubinstein.
