April 30, 2026 at 12:03 amStopped in for dinner tonight and was blown away. The atmosphere was awesome on the water by all the big boats and everything and even though it was dark out, it was still great. Angie helped me tonight and she was wonderful. She recommended the large stone crab platter which came with four huge stone crab claws. They were out of this world. She also recommended the mahi bites, which were great too. Everything was amazing. Definitely worth a trip and definitely worth the price. They have a ton of drink specials and everything! If I come back to this area, I definitely will come back again.

April 30, 2026 at 12:03 amMonthly’s Coconut Grove is a fun surprise 🌴✨ We ordered a little bit of everything , the tuna poke bowl was fresh and flavorful, the fried calamari perfectly crispy, and the fried chicken katsu sandwich seriously hit the spot. And let’s talk about those giant curly fries… impossible not to keep reaching for one more.
The whole vibe feels relaxed, cool, and very “Grove” great energy, great bites, always super nice and cozy right on the water, with boats passing by that make the atmosphere feel effortlessly Miami.

We loved and highly recommend trying everything we got – the raw oysters 🦪, fried octopus 🐙, shrimp 🦐 tacos, fish 🐠 tacos, and the MARGARITAS!!!
The service was friendly and fast!

April 30, 2026 at 12:03 amRobert & Gabby — thank you for your hospitality! The raw bar spot you suggested by Sebastian was the highlight of our trip. Place is worth the drive — right on the water, surrounded by boats. Even though we couldn’t fully see the bay, there was a beautiful breeze and it genuinely felt like we were on an island.
The Chesapeake oysters were fresh, bright, and affordable $2 each — loved the self-serve sauces with so many options (including fresh horseradish and house-made). soup I had was great
Gabby went out of her way to learn a cocktail recipe, very kind. We also enjoyed the coffee drinks on an unusually chilly day — the staff was very accommodating.
Parking is affordable, and you don’t have to valet if you don’t want to. The food menu is exactly what you’d expect for this kind of place — but go when there’s music and the raw bar is available (limited I think they said until 4 – 7pm weekdays?

April 30, 2026 at 12:03 amIt is a typical watering hole, but huge and can host big big parties. I love boats so this being right on the water was such a plus for me. Love the restaurants that are on the water. I met some really nice locals and the fish and chips were really fresh and good. Quality food. Big pours or wine and beers.
