May 9, 2026 at 9:27 amIf i could give 0 stars I literally would a hundred times. Every single time we come through the drive thru our order is always missing something or messed up somehow. Once again tonight we paid for 2 fish sandwiches only received one and no sweet and sour sauce with our 20 piece nuggets after asking for extra. One time I had to go through the drive thru FOUR TIMES to get a fish sandwich only cheese. The first time they put tartar sauce on it. The second time they didn’t put anything on it. And the third time they put extra tartar sauce and the order was simple ONLY CHEESE. Iv contacted corporate already for this same stuff. I will NOT be returning.

Helpful ReviewOne time, we were the only car in the lot and no customers were there so you’d think they have time for one order coming in. We got to the window in the drive thru and a young man who was very unprofessional says “sorry for what’s going on in here.” … what? He went on the say “I’m just here to make sure nobody dies.” … We are just wanting our food handed to us.
We recently made a mobile order, and waited an hour for the order. When we got to the window after 45 minutes in line, they didn’t have our order even though we checked in with the code at the speaker. They asked us to pull forward to wait, as we watched every person in the drive thru line that ordered after us get handed food and leave around us. The convenience of mobile orders is supposed to be the complete opposite of this. After sitting for another 15 minutes, I went inside and said we have been waiting in a spot for this long for a mobile order. Overall, it’s been an hour now. They casually without a care at all said ‘Oh’. They slowly brought me the order a few minutes later after standing there, and I’m glad I checked the food while I was inside because it wasn’t even the entire order.
A worker came back up to me and just said “yeah?” in an annoyed tone, kind of rolling her eyes. I told her we didn’t have all of our order and we’re missing a 10pc nuggets, and she grabs a box of some and hands it to me. Throughout this entire time, we saw three employees leave with food in their hands laughing at the line. I’m so disappointed in the service and food from the McDonald’s in California. Staff at this location are very lazy, immature, unstructured and the entire restaurant needs help, start with management.

May 9, 2026 at 9:27 amOrdered ahead, waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Talked to the young man in charge and asked him how it could possibly take so long. His response? “Sorry, they have (the workers) started throwing food at each other and they only scheduled 4 people tonight”. I have reached out to the GM about previous problems with the restaurant and it seemed not to matter. Worst McDonald’s ever. They need new management

Seriously left hungry with unsalted fries. I could not eat any of the food. Husbands Big Mac was also cold. Unbelievable.

May 9, 2026 at 9:27 amThe worst McDonalds I have ever visited, will start driving and extra 20 minutes to avoid it. Constantly getting orders wrong, telling you to pull forward and forgetting to bring you food until you go inside, extremely rude when you tell them they forgot an item or if you even check that your order is right. This morning I ordered breakfast in the app at 10:00, got to the window at 10:20 and was told my order was cancelled, 10 minutes before breakfast is over, and was told to “figure it out” when I asked about a refund. Absolutely awful service with a manager who cares less than the people beneath her do. Awful food that is never made correctly or even completely. And some of the slowest service from a store that sees 1/4 the traffic of stores that have half as many staff and run incredibly smooth.
