May 8, 2026 at 10:56 amI’m hooked—this studio feels like home!
I took my first class at Living Yoga in May 2025 and haven’t stopped coming since! From day one, I was completely drawn in by the positive energy, welcoming community, and incredible variety of classes. Whether you’re looking for a powerful Hot Yoga session, a gentle restorative class, or something in between, they truly offer something for everyone.
The teachers are phenomenal—each brings their own unique style, passion, and heart to their teaching. I also love the workshops and special events they host. This past New Year’s Eve, I had the amazing experience of welcoming 2026 with a midnight yoga and meditation class led by Joneil Adriano. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the year—centered, peaceful, and intentional.
On January 1st, I took Merlin’s class and was blown away. She greeted us with flowers, a note that read “I am love,” and the most uplifting energy. Every class since has been a profound journey inward, helping me connect to myself in ways I can hardly put into words.
I am so grateful to all the teachers at Living Yoga for sharing their gifts with such dedication. If you’re looking for a studio that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit—this is it. Highly recommend!

May 8, 2026 at 10:56 amI’ve been coming to Living Yoga for a year now. Super thankful for Living Yoga. Only wish I’ve discovered the studio sooner! It is the best yoga studio in Queens! Very convenient location right outside of subway station. Clean and comfortable space, assortment of classes for all levels, amazing teachers with variety of teaching styles, and fair cancellations (waitlist) policies! I know I’ve gotten into most of the classes which I was waitlisted because of the cancellation policy.

May 8, 2026 at 10:56 amAdam Delia’s Warm Vinyasa class was both entertaining and exceptionally challenging. I wasn’t able to keep up with everything, but I was still encouraged to push as far as I can go without feeling embarrassed or discouraged. I’m excited to go back and improve!

May 8, 2026 at 10:56 amI heard of Living Yoga, however it wasn’t until a few months ago I tried my first class. I haven’t been able to attend as I’d like, but the classes that I have attended have been fantastic. I really enjoy the space. It is small, but I find it very comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming and genuinely pleasant. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. Whenever I can attend class, I know it’ll be here.
Helpful ReviewAs for the cancellation policies – I’ve seen a lot of reviews with negative comments about it. Many yoga studios implement similar policies. I have an insanely busy schedule between kids, work and school – I’ve missed a class and gotten charged because I forgot to cancel in the appropriate time period, and that was my own fault. These policies are in place so that the studio doesn’t lose money and so that it remains fair to others who want to take the classes. The studio makes this policy very clear in their emails, on their website and when you sign up for a class. If you don’t like the policy, don’t sign up. But if you sign up, you agree to the policy. You can’t then get mad and demand it be changed for you.
Anyway – love the classes, great space, can’t wait to attend more!
