Modern unit at reasonable price in a great location. Leasing staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Shout out to Michelle who has been a great help right back to my initial move in date! May 9, 2026 at 1:07 amI currently rent in the revello building and I have had a terrible time dealing with management. The overall move in experience was good and I was helped by a young gentlemen and lady who were both extremely helpful. Unfortunately the management of this apartment has been EXTREMELY poor beyond those two. They’re pay systems are poorly integrated with bilt and confusing. The app they use for payments has horrible ratings and is terrible. I set up auto pay and for some reason it didn’t go through on my first month due. Rather than contact me through phone or email they instead posted an eviction notice on my door which I did not see because I was attending to a family member who had a medical emergency. When I returned two weeks later and finally saw the notice it was beyond the repayment date so I contacted management. This is where it begins they almost NEVER pick up the phone. I have left probably over 20-30 voicemails since trying to contact them at various times with a success rate of maybe 20% of someone picking up. No one returns these voice mails either by the way which is also highly unprofessional and has added further stress to the situation. Once I finally got on the phone they informed me they had already begun a legal process and would need to contact their lawyer to inform me of the additional lawyer fees in addition to the lawyer fees they would be charging me. When I asked them why they didn’t have the courtesy to call or email me I received a condescending response that they had done all the was legally required of them by posting a notice on my door. I had not been home for the period this was posted and received no further correspondence from them on the matter mind you. It has been over 3 weeks since then and I have not been able to contact them since Feb 27th when I was informed the manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be able to get me an estimate. Prior to that I just kept getting told that eventually the lawyer would get back to them just leaving me waiting for an amount to pay. It is not March and I haven’t been able to pay for February or get them to pick up in the past 5 days despite DAILY calling and leaving voicemails. I am sure they will get back to me eventually with outrageous legal fees and late fees for two months despite not being able to pay this months rent because of their negligence on the matter. Regardless, I don’t recommend this property to anyone who values their sanity as their process is absolutely horribly broken and their management is incredibly unprofessional for a building charging the amount they charge. Picking up the phone is the most basic tenant of running a business and I have no doubt they will comment under this asking me to contact them on the number they don’t pick up at in their business hours. This process has caused a ridiculous amount of stress and unnecessary burden on me to constantly pursue them to pay my rent. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I would not recommend to anyone as this is just my experience in the first 3 months…

May 9, 2026 at 1:07 amI’m writing this to warn anyone considering moving into the Verona Apartments — specifically Unit 207. I strongly advise against renting this unit.
During my time there, multiple outlets did not work properly. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and it was extremely difficult to get consistent cell phone service inside the apartment. Basic functionality was an ongoing issue.
Whenever something was repaired, it felt like something else would break shortly after. Instead of resolving problems long-term, it became a constant cycle of maintenance requests.
Communication with the main office was also very frustrating. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between staff members — one person often didn’t know what the other was doing. Emails and phone calls frequently went unanswered, making it difficult to get timely support.
Overall, my experience was disappointing and stressful. I would strongly encourage prospective renters to thoroughly research and carefully consider their options before signing a lease here.

I worked with Jasmine at the leasing office. She was very patient and really worked to gather properties that fit my price range. She did not do this once but on three different visits because I could not make up my mind. Jasmine was great and very knowledgeable about the units. She also kept up with me via email to let me know about new units hitting the market as well.
