I love the variety of classes that they offer and every teacher brings their own set of knowledge and ideas to the class. I have been a student at Live Yoga for over 20 yrs. It is my place I go to to connect with my mind, body and spirit in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a fun store for gift giving! Highly recommend.

The skilled teachers willingly adapt poses to make them accessible for all bodies. I have been coming to this studio for 10 years and love it. Try it, you’ll love it.
