If you decide to move in please make sure you do a walk through the apartment and nickpick even the smallest cracks that were already there before move in because if you don’t they will charge them to you even though it’s from the previous tenants they make you sign the lease and contract with their walk through… that was my fault for thinking they run a business with integrity.. first days I moved in the apt above me water heater was leaking do to wrongful instalation according to maintenance guys and water leaked into my apt. There was mold on the walls from the the previous leak even before I moved in. A week after that my water heater gave out I was 3 days without hot water… and their way out is to call your renters insurance which we all know the responsibility is from the landlord I had to shower at petro for $18 a shower I never charged them cuz hey accidents happen prior to this at move in the tub had just finished being retouched and i couldnt shower for 24 hrs and now that I moved out they looked at the minimal things that I didn’t even do their maintenance guys that fixed my water heater scratched the walls and doors where they reeled it in. They left a mess and yet I didn’t notify management but after this I should’ve so much for being a nice person they also deducted items from my deposit that did not add up. Simple math and the RA lady could not tell me how she got those totals. Horrible experience if you are looking for a peaceful property and neighborhood this is it but if you’re looking for one that also includes a professional customer service with integrity look elsewhere. They will nickel and dime you for your deposit they are professional scamers

Helpful ReviewMy move-in experience at La Mirage Apartments was great! The whole process was smooth and easy — the staff was helpful, friendly, and made sure everything in my unit was clean and ready to go. The apartment itself is comfortable, quiet, and feels like everything worked perfectly, from the AC to the sound. You can really tell the place is well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Le Mirage to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place to live in Midland.

Helpful ReviewMost of the other choices offered smaller square footage for a higher price, not necessarily better quality.
But what was most important to me was the way I was greeted and treated by the agents I had made appointments with.
Most of them had me waiting for a long time and at times would not even aknkwledge my presence.
It only made me think about how they would respond to any needs if I ever had issues with the apertment once rented.
Le Mirage has the best living space and the best management team that I’ve ever experienced.
