Hello Itsme Bear
April 26, 2026 at 9:38 pmDuring my stay & 2 of my family members stay all within a couple of months apart, different types of exams were required prior to the procedures the waiting time for those were lengthy. You are left in the hall waiting for them to roll you into the exam while they are out & about. Weather it’s a CT scan, Xrays etc the staff drags. Most nurses are polite & friendly, you do get your bad attitude nurse at times (they should change profession). The rooms, bathrooms, showers & walls are quit filthy. The rooms should be clean, avoiding infections is crucial but seems it isn’t the cleaning staffs concern & priority, nor the woman that comes in to check how your hospital stay is going. The handle bar for the monitor is very dirty, patients do need to grab on to it to move around. The food is terrible especially that “lasagna” 😫. If a meal was not brought in due to you being in surgery, they take no less than 3 hours to bring your food. There isn’t many food options in the cafeteria, & their only “healthy food” choices is the salad bar & chicken salad. The lady at the register talks her head off & is very slow to ring up your items. The years pass & nothing improves here, so unfortunate.

April 26, 2026 at 9:38 pmMy experience from registering to prep time in prep and hold to procedure was exceptional. Everyone who spoke with me was kind, well mannered and very informed. The nurses gave excellent care and were very patient, understanding and attentive to my fears of letting them be in control of my care! The nurses were attentive to my husband as well and kept him informed of my progress! Overall a wonderful experience!
