Clean well kept beautiful do you want a place that you can take a deep breathe and feel safe. Professional kind friendly staff in office, maintenance, and ground keepers. Security day and night friendly. Any concern is resolved quickly my request for new screen in bedroom window resolved in same hour as my request with new screen not one taken out of another apartment.Nothing is a silly question this is cared for by responsible owners and knowledgeable staff. Whether for yourself or family members come see why so many residents are here over ten years. Lastly safe sidewalks to walk, shaded dog park, monthly resident donut and coffee, clean gym for those more energetic or sit quietly having tea, coffee,or a snacking quiet room. But come see.

This is a late review because digesting my short experience with Miranda took me a while. I visited La Villa Apartments due to a recommendation from my brother. He lived there for several years, and he always loved the place. I even had the chance to visit him while he was living there, and the apartments are great. I visited for the first time with my mom and dad. Laura helped us, and she was very open to answering our questions. She took the time to show us the apartments. The second time, I went with my husband. Again, Laura was very patient, showed us the apartment, and answered mostly my husband’s questions. I was 100% sure I wanted to live there. My husband, on the other hand, even though he loved the place, was still unsure because he thought we might be able to find something better and more convenient. We visited not only a couple of other places but probably five or six apartment complexes, and La Villa was way better than the others. It felt like home.
The third time, I went to the administration office with all the required documents for the application. Laura, once more, was very helpful and friendly. I have to mention that because my husband and I don’t have a rental history, we knew that the deposit would be one month’s rent. Well, three days later, they asked for more information, which was immediately sent to Laura. Then, I got the call from Laura telling me that we were approved, but the deposit would be two months’ rent, plus the rest of the moving costs, due to our lack of rental history.
My husband and I discussed this and thought that maybe we could ask if they would reconsider and only ask for one month’s rent as the deposit, and also pay full rent for the month, even though we were supposed to move in during the third week of May. On March 19th, I called the administration office. I asked for Laura, but because she was not there, I ended up speaking to Miranda. Big mistake!
I introduced myself and told Miranda that we would like to ask corporate if they could accept our offer of paying one month’s rent for the deposit and also paying full rent for May. I explained that, for us, it was a considerable amount of money, but we would like to ask before making a decision. She immediately said, “We could ask, but it’s not going to change.” I asked her again, “So, you could ask?” She responded again, “We could ask, but it’s not going to change; I’m the manager here.”
For me, that was it! I didn’t like her tone. She sounded like she didn’t want to talk to me because maybe she thought we didn’t have the money. I felt discriminated against, and I told her that we wouldn’t proceed with the application and would cancel everything. I was very upset! I told her to let Laura know about our decision, to which she said, “I will, good luck out there,” and hung up the phone!
Here we are talking about customer service. Even if she knew that the answer would be the same, why not just say something like, “Let me ask, and I will reach out to you when we have an answer”? Period! Probably two days later, if she had called me and given me the same answer, my husband and I would have reconsidered and accepted their conditions.
Then, on March 23rd, Laura called me and asked if we had made a decision. I was like, “What?” I told her that I spoke to Miranda, and she was supposed to let her know that we weren’t moving forward with our application—not because of the financial conditions, but because of the manager’s attitude. Long story short, Miranda never let Laura know and didn’t mention anything about our phone conversation. For this woman, apparently, we never had that conversation. Laura was in shock; she even apologized on her behalf. It was not her fault, and there she was, dealing with the issue that this bad coworker caused.
I’m going to finish this long review by saying that La Villa, as a place, is great. Laura is amazing. If you are planning to move here, avoid any business with Miranda, and, paraphrasing Laura, you just lost a good tenant.

We moved from New Jersey a little over a year ago and we absolutely love it here and have no plans on moving out any time soon. It’s calm, quiet, clean, and it’s a well-maintained property. Location is near almost anything you would need and in walking distance is a plaza right across the street. making it super convenient for someone with no means of transportation.
I absolutely LOVE the staff!!!!!! The office staff ladies are so sweet and helpful, and the maintenance team is awesome at what they do. The team over all does such an AMAZING job at getting work orders addressed and completed. I’ve had my share of apartment living experiences and by far this has been 1 of the best.
I want to say thank you to all staff members for all their hard work and kindness. We truly appreciate you!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we never got the tour this complex. The staff was very nice over the phone and we had an appointment scheduled to tour the complex, but upon arrival, no one was in the leasing office. We waited about 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. We sent an email letting them know that we were there, and no one bothered to reach back out to us and reschedule the tour. It was a big shame because this was a prime choice for both myself and my fiancée, but the customer service was really lacking for us.
