April 17, 2026 at 6:49 pmThis place has been on my radar since it opened, but I never got there until recently. I had my second Yin Yoga class there today, the first included sound healing on a Friday night, today’s was a Sunday morning, with the founder. I am really grateful to finally have gotten here. I am a mental health therapist in private practice locally, and know that this place will be my healing spot to find solace and practice much needed self care. I want more! 💜 Also, the grounds are gorgeous, even in November, and they made the inside look calm
Helpful Reviewinviting! I love that they have all of the gear there for their classes (straps, blocks, mats, blankets, bolsters.). AND I cannot wait to eat there some weekend after class. #grateful

April 17, 2026 at 6:49 pmI had the pleasure of staying for a personal retreat weekend, when I arrived, I was greeted by Chandika and given a tour. The facility is beautiful, clean, healing and meditative, great attention to comfort and detail to every space. The “energy” here is wonderful. Each morning I walked the grounds I saw so many birds, flowers, and statues. The land has been transformed into a lush paradise, flowers, fruits and vegetables everywhere, there are places to sit and meditate, or just relax. The staff was exceptional! They made sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. Everyone I met was kind. They provided several vegan/gluten free meals, snacks, the meals were delicious, healthy, and beautiful!
Helpful ReviewNow for the classes. The classes were excellent!! SwaminiJi has a unique style of teaching that’s both inclusive engaging and interesting, She is kind, extremely patient with students and not afraid to take questions or “talk about it”. Her style of teaching Yoga is different, I’ve never experienced a class like this, it was so deeply relaxing and helped my range of motion immediately, I was a little nervous tbh, because I figured I would be the least experienced person there, and may have been, unlike other yoga I’ve attended thats for “all levels” this TRULY was inclusive, and powerful.
This weekend was transformative for me, I felt like it gave me a “reset”, in more ways than one, it far exceeded all expectations, there’s so much more I could go on about, I am thankful such a place exists, where one can go for Peace, insight, and instruction. Thank you SwaminiJi!

April 17, 2026 at 6:49 pmI had the pleasure of attending a Kirtan immersion weekend at this lovely location in Berks County. This was a beautiful Ashram located in a very nice country setting. Anyone thinking of visiting should know that you will be greeted with open arms and hearts. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the amazing kitchen staff make delicious meals. It was a great honor to meet Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati and to experience her offerings. Swamini embodies generosity of spirit and is very friendly and approachable. Her yoga class and satsang were really beautiful experiences in their own right and I’m happy I had the opportunity to participate. Everyone is welcome here which makes for a really nice and non judgmental space, maybe you just want to visit and look around. It’s a very welcoming environment with the mission to help end suffering. No agenda or unwelcomed messages, just a pleasant and peaceful place. It’s wonderful Ashram that radiates positivity and hope for humanity. Thank you Swamini for your hospitality!
