However, over the past few months, utility charges have gone up significantly, and even the management has not been able to provide a clear explanation. About six months ago, the utilities averaged around $150, but now they are almost $290, which is concerning.
On a positive note, I’d like to praise the maintenance staff, especially Junior. He is the best—always prompt, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. His support really makes day-to-day living here much better.
