April 12, 2026 at 12:22 pmClean studio, great instructors! They have a new student deal – $29 for 3 classes. I went twice this week and my second time going, I already felt a difference in what I can do. Instructors let you take your time so you can rest if anything is too hard. So excited to come back 🙂

April 12, 2026 at 12:22 pmI’m moving on from this studio after being a loyal member due to a recent unprofessional experience with management and a drop in standards.
The Highlights:
The Vinyasa classes with James and Jermaine are the best and Andy consistently delivers a great HIIT workout. Most of the Bikram instructors are also excellent.
The Issues:
Management & Professionalism: Recent interactions with management were highly unprofessional. There is a culture of selective enforcement where certain students are targeted while major health and safety risks are ignored.
Hygiene & Sanitation: I’ve witnessed members blowing their noses into their hands in class and rolling all over the floor without staff correction. More concerning is that floors are often cleaned with rental towels instead of proper disinfectant, creating a clear risk for staph and fungal infections.
Inconsistent Instruction: I would not recommend Semyon’s class for HIIT; the room isn’t hot or hard, and the sequence lacks the challenge required for advanced practitioners. Bikram is much better for him.
It’s disappointing to see such talented instructors overshadowed by poor facility oversight and unprofessional leadership.

April 12, 2026 at 12:22 pmNever have an issue booking a class, no weird cancellation policies, and super supportive staff. The owner is particularly great and highly involved in quality management, even helped me register for my first class while in Florida during the holidays and then again for the yoga challenge. You just feel so comfortable in the space and l really don’t think you can beat the prices here. I’m looking forward to the addition of new classes, the instructors are sooo good, too! There are no foul smells, the floors have a nice soft and warm texture, and the studio retains heat very well. I’m happy here 🙂

April 12, 2026 at 12:22 pmIt’s always a bit nerve wracking to try a new hot studio, but my first class here was wonderful! First, upon arrival, I found the studio clean and organized with a desk attendant who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and chill, even though I was cutting it a little close to the start of class time! The studio itself is spacious with high ceilings and a floor that is a little bit soft with give, instead of rock hard. They are working on building a second studio room! The temperature was nice and hot but not unbearably sweltering, with a perfect humidity level. I took a 75 minute traditional class with music and it was an extremely uplifting and rigorous workout. My class was lead by a proficient, kind, and commanding expert who I felt comfortable and safe with. After the class, there was ample time to cool down on my mat and then take a shower in one of the three available stalls in the women’s changing room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!!
