May 9, 2026 at 9:46 amSo far: a good condition of the units. There are additional parking spots for your second car beside the designated one for each apartment. They have a nice club house with arcade machines like Street Fighter, American Football and Pac Man. Billiard is a great addition. Kids playground is very small but works in some cases. The management is very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall its a nice place and the problems are minor. I can definitely recommend this apartment complex for rent. Its a safe neighbourhood!

May 9, 2026 at 9:46 amOverall, I had a great experience living in this apartment complex. Passion and Diana are truly professional and very compassionate managers. I felt there are a few things worth mentioning if you are considering Hawthorne Apartments that are huge assets in my opinion: My apartment had hardly any bugs or rodents in my apartment; nothing, hardly a spider. You have a right to privatize your balcony or patio within reason. The refrigerators have ice makers. All breeds of dogs are allowed, to me, this is so helpful to dogs who people give up because they can’t find a place to live with their pit bull, husky, etc❤️ and there was always poop bags everywhere on property. (However not everyone used them…) Maintenance was also super great and responsive. The pool is beautiful.

The maintenance team with Caleb work efficiently, quick, and positive if anything comes up. I’d recommend this complex time and time again.

May 9, 2026 at 9:46 amI cannot say enough!! The maintenance staff here are amazing! Work orders are handled quickly and sufficiently. The grounds and pool are well taken care of. The gym, clubhouse and mail room are always clean and it is well lit at night. We love living here. Great job HV!
