April 28, 2026 at 11:12 amBeautiful and Safe community!
Helpful ReviewEvery staff at the leasing office is very professional and super friendly.
Maintenance requests gets taken care of almost immediately.
24/7 Gym, Private kiosks in clubhouse and summer time pool are some excellent value adds.
Best part: They celebrate almost every national day with goodies for kids, my children loved them. They do consider the tenant’s experience than just making money for themselves.

April 28, 2026 at 11:12 amThe absolute best living experience I have ever had! The management and maintenance teams here are amazing! They are extremely responsive, friendly and very professional. Lisa, Kaitlin and Tobias are the best apartment management staff I have ever had through my years of renting. They emphasize community through fun events such as the puppy palooza.
We have rarely had any maintenance issues but when we do the maintenance team is very quick to fix them. When we moved in the apartment was spotless and newly renovated making it a seamless move in experience.
If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend Grand Reserve!

April 28, 2026 at 11:12 amThe process was not as thorough as I have experienced in the past with other properties. Although the staff was polite and nice, it felt rushed and not as prepared; more like a number you have to get through the door to move on for the next. I wish there was a welcome packet or something with reminders of the property and FAQs. I read the lease, but that was a lot of information to retain and keep referencing. I feel I have questions that could have been provided in a simple packet that goes over the initial things at move in and/ or the reminders from when we last spoke about the property since there could be a gap from the time you viewed until move in. I’m hopeful it will not remain this way, but it just wasn’t the welcome I thought it would be.

April 28, 2026 at 11:12 amI have lived here for a little over 2 months now and things have been great for the most part. The apartments are beautiful and the private entry and patio is such a plus. The complex is very well kept and the path on the property is very nice to have for walks, especially with pups! I haven’t really had to make a maintenance request besides once, and they were fast and efficient. Your pathway to your door is shoveled and salted by maintenance during the winter months which is amazing and so convenient. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, conference rooms, dog wash have all been amazing and very clean. Summer months have not hit yet to use the pool, but I am excited to try it out! Leasing office staff are all very nice and attentive and they always organize events or are giving out goodies for the residents which is so sweet.
The cons of living here are the super thin walls, you can hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors if you’re in a bottom unit. The dog park often cannot even be used due to the amounts of dog poop that is lying around in there. I understand that that is clearly the residents, but it’d be nice to have something done about it so it can be used. The units are pretty modern, but the amount of painting over on the cabinets and walls makes things feel kind of cheap. The paint chips super easily on the walls (to the paint that I am afraid of even hanging anything with tape), cabinets, and front door which i’m sure will be taken out of our deposit. Lastly, parking is such a pain. If you only have one reserved parking spot, good luck trying to find parking outside of that. It is me and my boyfriend living here, so we obviously have two cars but only one reserved parking spot so we are always fighting for our lives when it comes to parking. I have noticed that many units have a garage AND a driveway, but it is always those people that take up the additional guest parkings, that us with one spot need, while their driveway is empty. It is very frustrating because they park their cars in the guest parking spots and don’t move them for days. There is a unit near us that has three cars but the man parks his 2 out of his 3 cars in the 2/5 close guest parking spots we have near us and he never moves them, yet he has a garage AND a driveway that can easily fit 3 cars total. Another unit next to us has 2 cars and always park them in the remaining 3/5 guest spots near us and also don’t move them yet they have a garage and driveway that are always empty. We have noticed that there are many people that do this and it is very frustrating because it makes it hard for people with only one spot to ever find parking or have guests come over. More guest spots or enforcing residents to use their reserved spots would be nice. I would even pay for an extra reserved parking spot if it was an option! I often don’t leave to run an errand when I need to in fear of losing my parking spot and not finding anymore which is frustrating as a resident. I’ve had guests dread coming over because they can never find parking which is super annoying. Overall, besides the parking, unkept dog park, and thin walls, it has been a nice place to live in a very beautiful neighborhood with every store that you can think of close by, including downtown naperville.

April 28, 2026 at 11:12 amWorking with the management team in our situation was absolutely wonderful! Being active duty military, moving from one state to another can be very stressful and this team made everything easy for us while being hundreds of miles away during the entire process! Everything was done through phone calls and emails, when we were finally able to drive to our new home it was after hours and they still made sure we could get into our unit that night so we didn’t have to get another hotel room! The unit was extremely clean and even warm since we arrived when it was still cold. We had 1 maintenance emergency during our lease and they responded immediately and fixed the situation in time for me to get to work. I can’t thank them all enough, they are the best to work with. These apartments are so convenient to almost everything in Naperville.
