He is always fast, respectful, and does amazing work. If you need repairs done always expect it to be done within a few hours if not the very next day. Will definitely be renewing my lease!!

April 19, 2026 at 10:54 pmWe were return tenants from years ago.. Never had major issues(reason I moved my family back). But this time..everything that could go wrong did!!! IRoach and ant infestation, crime all over(fights, prostitution, drug deals)..car towed without any notice that it needed to be registered…water bills outrageous..building stairs worn, slanted, DANGEROUS!! You see evictions and people moving on a regular basis. You’ll find the staff to be nice but what difference does that make when the product they sell is TRASH. I broke my lease FIRST TIME EVER and gave a 2 months notice 4 months after we moved in… and the manager Ashley Fields? agreed to a payment plan for the reletting fee and that it wouldn’t go to collections. Everything in writing. LIES!! It was reported to collections less than a month after we moved, before I could even make a payment???
