Earnest is a true professional — responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free because of him.
A very thoughtful personal touch was the handwritten welcome card addressed to us and a beautiful bathrobe gift waiting in the apartment. It made us feel truly valued as clients, and I’m attaching a photo because that level of care really stands out.
If you’re planning to move to Ferrante, definitely ask for Earnest.
We’re very happy here — the apartments are beautiful and have a luxury hotel vibe.

May 6, 2026 at 1:36 pmI recently moved into Ferrante Apartments in Downtown LA, and the experience has honestly been amazing. The building is beautiful and everything feels brand new and well-maintained. You can tell they really care about presentation and quality.
What really stood out to me was the move-in experience. They surprised us with a “Welcome Home” sign and even gifted us a new bathrobe. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the place instantly feel warm and special. I’ve lived in other apartments before and never received that kind of welcome.
The leasing associate Earnest who helped us was also incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m really happy with the decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Downtown LA.

I say this because it has everything. For example, a large swimming pool (which, by the way, is very clean and cleaned very often), a jacuzzi, saunas, a gym, massage rooms, a barbecue area, karaoke, a cinema, and even free coffee in the lobby. We are very happy with everything, and also with the services of the Ferrante team. We highly recommend it and are very grateful 🙏

Everything is clean, secure, and thoughtfully managed — you can genuinely feel the pride and care that goes into the property every single day.
The team is what really makes this place special. Christina, the Property Manager, leads with professionalism and warmth. Ulysses, the Maintenance Manager, is prompt, thorough, and attentive. Tamar, the Assistant Manager, is always helpful and welcoming. The leasing and residents services staff are also friendly and amazing. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care, which makes living here stress-free and comfortable.
The location is also incredibly convenient, making day-to-day life easy and enjoyable. The fitness classes are amazing as well. Big plus for the community. I highly recommend Ferrante Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and truly welcoming place to call home.

Having access to a well-structured class only steps away from home makes it so much easier to stay active and consistent with my routine.
