The building is clean and brand new (1.5 years old), apartments are updated and stylish, onsite gym amenities work great for the months it snows, and the Community space is a great place to meet both residents and host private events (I’ve hosted 2 since moving in). Preston our building manager is attentive, quick to respond and solve problems and most of all helpful to those who live here. Whether you’re raising a family or a busy business professional, Preston has never failed to go above and beyond for the residents in the building! 10/10 would recommend!

The layout of our 3 bedroom apartment is very functional. Preston is a great manager and attentive to our requests. We at Fenview are very fortunate to have him. Property is very well maintained and neat and clean.

April 28, 2026 at 8:45 amMaintenance came out to fix the door and the sink, and overall the service was good. They arrived on time, were respectful, and took care of the issues. The door is working much better now, and the sink is draining properly. I’m giving 4 stars because there’s always a little room for improvement, but I appreciate how quickly and professionally everything was handled.

April 28, 2026 at 8:45 amBrand new clean building, management is super nice and responds quickly. They have underground parking, a small gym, kitchen/common areas, and a marsh/trees on the backside which is awesome! Feels private and neighbors are respectful in regard to noise, feels safe too!
