April 13, 2026 at 1:37 pmOffice staff is excellent. Upkeep of the apartment is only average. Location is very good. The clubhouses is one of the best around. I love my apartment layout. The kitchen is fabulous! It is a good value, but don’t expect that the management will take care of it the same way that you would if you owned it.

April 13, 2026 at 1:37 pmI recently visited Element Ballantyne for an appointment, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The assistant manager at the time, Christina, did not seem very welcoming from the moment I arrived. She mentioned that she couldn’t show me the apartment because it was raining, which I found surprising since most communities are still able to offer tours in weather like that.
Throughout the visit she repeatedly brought up price ranges in a way that made me feel as if she thought the apartment was out of my budget. When I asked to see different floor plans, she told me to check the website instead of providing any information in person. Overall, it felt like she didn’t really want me to rent there.
I was genuinely interested in the community, but this interaction left me with a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future prospective residents feel more welcomed and supported.

They have gone above and beyond to the point where I am shocked at how much they are willing to do to take care of their tenants.
Helpful ReviewI do still want to mention that the apartments themselves are clean and and spacious. Any maintenance requests were completed quickly and efficiently. Be mindful that this community has a lot of families with young children and that the common areas are usually boisterous.

I’m not making a move until spring, but honestly, if I could lease right now just based on her personality and energy alone, I absolutely would. She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. I left the tour feeling super impressed and excited to come back when the time is right. Highly recommend meeting with Sisi if you want someone who makes the whole process easy and enjoyable!
