May 8, 2026 at 8:05 pmLiving in this community has been a good experience over the past six months. I live here with my dog, and the easy access to grass and nearby parks is a definite plus. That said, the apartments themselves are a bit old. While they’ve been slightly remodeled, they haven’t been well maintained over the years. You can expect issues like windows and sliding doors that don’t function properly.
I’ve run into a few maintenance issues since moving in, and every time, Jamal from the maintenance team has fully resolved them. This is especially noticeable when compared to some senior technicians who seemed more inclined to apply a temporary fix and move on. Whenever Jamal responded to a maintenance request, he got the job done—and often went above and beyond by fixing additional things that weren’t even part of the original ticket (like cleaning the faucets). When I first moved in and realized the fridge wasn’t working, Jamal made sure it was replaced promptly, which really helped improve my move-in experience.
The common areas in the leasing office building smell like the early 1900s. The furniture there has a strong odor, and I haven’t used the space once since moving in. Management keeps saying it will all be addressed when the building is eventually torn down and remodeled—but sure.
The swimming pool and hot tub are a major plus. They genuinely add value and provide a great way to unwind at the end of the day. They’re well maintained and functional most of the time. One thing to note: despite the presence of multiple tennis courts, only ONE court is actually available for residents to reserve. The others are rented out to a tennis academy on the property.

May 8, 2026 at 8:05 pmWhen I lived there, everything was great except during spring season some bugs would come out. (The leasing office diligently organized a bug killer to handle the situation.) But after I moved out, the unit got renovated; the new place I am at, maintenance is not as quickly as eaves Mountain View; the new apartment maintenance person doesn’t follow the notice before entry choice I selected; the new apartment’s maintenance person doesn’t wear shoe cover, but Eaves repair guys always wear shoe cover. I never lost any one single package at Eaves. After all the comparisons accumulate, Eaves got great leasing office stuff and great service (repair/maintenance team). Choose the renovated units at eaves and enjoy!

May 8, 2026 at 8:05 pmI’ve been living here about 5 months & no complaints so far. Chose this place for the location, but its also got everything I need. Amenities make it well worth the price; there’s a gym, pool/hot tub, grills, basketball courts, Amazon lockers, and shared laundry in many buildings. Maintenance is always pretty quick to respond to requests, never had an issue go resolved. Mae and the management team are also great, very nice people that listen to any concern. My only qualm is the slightly higher price for smaller units, but I’d say the living experience makes up for it.

May 8, 2026 at 8:05 pmExcellent management of an apartment complex with all of the amenities plus tennis courts and a pro shop. Pricey like most Silicon Valley housing. Plenty of trees and landscaping. A bit too close to a noisy freeway and pollution. Not all of the kitchens and bathrooms are updated. The gym equipment is very new, high-quality and comprehensive. The gym men’s steam room and shower appear to need work.
