Our faucet was repaired quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling Drain Wizard when our water pump heater will need to be replaced. He also gave us a lot of great advice and showed how knowledgable he is about the setups in these old houses on our side of town.

Recently we had an emergency: our sewer main got clogged, the toilet overflowed and the basement was flooded with sewer water. We discovered the problem at 3 am. I called Drain Wizard and they came right away. They got rid of the clog and immediately arranged for the remediation company to drain water from our basement, remove the damaged flooring and clean everything up. Most importantly, they identified the source of the problem (the collapsed house trap and old corroded cast iron pipes) and fixed it. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very responsive and very easy to work with, the invoicing and payment is straightforward and the prices are fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure working with them, I cannot recommend them enough!
