May 9, 2026 at 8:50 pmWe love it here! Initially Stephanie gave us our tour and answered all of our questions super quickly. Closer to move in we worked with Lilly who was more than helpful in dealing with last minute move in issues. Both of them are great! And I definitely had a lot of questions because I’m a planner and have to know everything ahead of time.
The apartment is spacious and the natural light is wonderful. The screen doors on the balcony are a little luxury we haven’t had before.
We especially loved the little move in gifts scattered throughout the apartment.
The single dumpster for the whole community is definitely inconvenient however I just throw a trash bag in my trunk on my way to run errands and it’s not different than taking your trash to the curb. We haven’t had any parking issues however we did rent a garage. I would definitely recommend it for the convenience alone. They are huge and a small extra cost each month! We also don’t hear any traffic noise at all.
My dogs also love it here. They’re not very social and there’s plenty of room for us to go on long walks and rarely encounter anyone else which can be an issue with apartment living.
All in all would definitely recommend! Pleasant staff, lots of greenery, bright and spacious apartments, and can’t beat the cost.

May 9, 2026 at 8:50 pmI’ve been here for a year and it’s been nothing but amazing. A very quiet and family friendly community. Haven’t had any noise issues from neighbors. You do hear noise from I 95 but I lived in the city all my life so it doesn’t bother me. From my amazing view to the incredible staff here. I really love how they keep you informed and are very prompt to fix any issues you may come across. We had some snow this past winter and I was very impressed on how fast and efficient they cleared the streets and sidewalks. The maintenance team is amazing, very professional and responsive with maintenance request. They almost are very preventative also, like changing air filter, checking for leaks and deck inspections. The property is also very well kept by both staff and residents. The only downside is parking. Haven’t really had issues really with parking but when having friends and family over it’s bit of a hassle since they have to park so far.

May 9, 2026 at 8:50 pmI lived at this complex for a little over 2 years before I moved. The apartments are very nice, and they do a great job of maintaining the property and having the roads salted and cleared during winter.
Amanda was very helpful and did an excellent job giving the tour and helping us through the move in process. Everyone in management is a pleasure to speak to, and would always immediately help resolve any issues or questions I had while living there.
Maintenance was also excellent. It was rare that I needed to make a maintenance request, but when I did, the issue was always fixed the next day when I got home from work.
Overall I would highly recommend renting here.

May 9, 2026 at 8:50 pmIt’s a nice community and much nicer than the Charlestown Crossing apartments that I moved from. It’s much quiter and cleaner here. The property staff are good people and a pleasure to deal with.
