Pros:
-Very nice complex of apartments.
-The apartments have a good size and I love the design inside.
-Some apartments have garage or parking lot.
-Some apartments have back yard.
-Inside have a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator (old).
-They have a good maintenance service, they come very fast and they are respectful.
-They have apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
– They have apartments with wood floor and carpet, or only carpet in the bedroom or with carpet in all apartment.
-The bathroom are nice (I love the vanity inside)
-Is close to supermarket and schools that is so good.
-I never saw any rat or roach inside the apartment. I saw rats in the garbage station and garages.
– Some people in the leasing office are really good.
Cons:
-Old building, old connections, that’s why is expensive than others.
– They don’t have grounded connection.
-Inside, Don’t have a microwave.
-Don’t have air conditioning (this is a problem in the sunny days or summer).
-Don’t have a double panel Windows, in winter you can feel the cold wind inside the apartment.
-The laundry room is out of the apartments and is dirty with mold.
-Wash laundry machines don’t wash well and leave laundry dirty and sometimes it comes out dry and without washing clothes.
-Some people use laundry room after 1am.
-The pool never is warmer, always is cold.
-They have a spa (The people never use this)
-Don’t have a gym (They should be change the spa area for a Gym).
-The parking is a problem, If you have more than One car.
*For hot days you can buy a fan, but for the winter wind you can’t do nothing*

May 9, 2026 at 5:34 amMy husband and I was coming in from out of town to tour. Extremely disrespectful, not wanting to show until leasing agent is back, which is understandable. Most places would just lock the office a do a quick 5-10 min tour. But nope. When asking about information she just said that I can just look on their website and handed us a sheet which was also useless… couldn’t even at least give us information of WHAT they have. Nope just check the website. My husband and I immediately just left. Wouldn’t ever consider this place. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

May 9, 2026 at 5:34 amEvery time I come in, the office is closed earlier than posted—sometimes 30 minutes early, sometimes the whole day—without any notice. One staff member, Asian girl, was very rude and refused to help when I only asked for a rent payment receipt, telling me to come back the next day, even though there were 30mins before closing, saying people called in sick. Not everyone has the flexibility to make multiple trips

May 9, 2026 at 5:34 amInfested with mice, the administration does absolutely nothing. the complaint passes that there are many rats in garbage shut and in the garages and do nothing. the rent is worth 3700 and we can not sleep peacefully to think that rats enter.

New management came and said my newly renovated apartment needed to be renovated while offering a comparable unit visible smaller and 800 dollars more. I left after 60 day notice. Was already a budget place. Now it’s just full of pet mud and management complaints.
